FEASIBILITY STUDY:​ 

Upon request we provide a Feasibility Study to explore ​viability of the proposal against time and budget. This is a small and useful report which costs £350 for small to medium size projects. The example below is an extract of a report prepared for a home extension in Ickenham, London.

We provide the drawings, documents, attend all meetings and liase with consultants as well as the council.

BUILDING CONTROL:​

We are partner with local authority building control of Camden.

What is the Partner Authority Scheme?​

Our partner authority scheme is shared by all local authority building control teams in England and Wales. You can choose to work with any local authority building control surveyor to undertake all pre-application and design work, regardless of the project's geographical location; in some circumstances and where travel permits, that same surveyor can undertake your site surveying work too.

CONSTRUCTION:​

We can provide you with the supporting drawings and liaise with consultants .We can also act as project manger or project admistrator under JCT or other Building Contracts.
